On 28 February Professor Sir Gordon Conway will be at IFAD to deliver a talk about how climate change is transforming rural development and outline how agricultural practices need to change as a result. He will discuss how agriculture is both a victim and culprit of climate change. Elwyn Grainger-Jones, Director Environment and Climate Division will present the IFAD perspective, and Kevin Cleaver, Associate Vice President, Programmes will moderate the discussion that follows.
