One of the activities of the IFAD-IFPRI research partnership is the development and application of a Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). PAM was used in  Northern Mozambique in the Rural Markets Promotion Programme (PROMER) project in Mozambique to better understand the policy constraints. The seminar will focus on the preliminary results and potential future work in this area under the IFAD-IFPRI research partnership.
